1. What We Collect
Good Job Cambodia may collect account information, resume information, profile photos, contact details, job posts, service listings, credit top-up requests, and usage activity needed to operate the platform.
2. Why We Use Information
We use information to help job seekers create profiles, help employers find workers, manage credits and top-up requests, prevent misuse, improve the service, and provide support.
3. Login Providers
The production app may support Google, Telegram, and Facebook login. When a user logs in through a provider, we only use the account information needed to identify the user and keep the account secure.
4. Photos, Resumes, and Contact Details
Workers choose what to upload. Employers may see profile summaries first, and full contact details may require credit-based access. Users should not upload another person’s information without permission.
5. Payments and Credits
At launch, ABA QR or bank transfer top-ups may be reviewed manually by an administrator. We may store transfer reference text, requested amount, approval status, and credit history.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, or operate the app, and when required by law.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Users may request correction or deletion of their account, resume, or service listing through our Account and Data Deletion page. Some records may be kept when needed for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service is perfectly secure, so users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.
9. Children
The app is intended for job seekers and employers who are old enough to work legally in their location. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the app adds server storage, real OAuth login, payment workflows, messaging, or other production features.
