How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us from the email address or contact method linked to your account.

• Your name.
• Your email address, phone number, or Telegram handle used in the app.
• Whether your account is a job seeker account, employer account, or both.
• A clear request to delete your Good Job Cambodia account and associated data.

Data We Delete

When we verify and process your request, we will delete or anonymize account data associated with your Good Job Cambodia account, including:

• Account profile information.
• Resume or CV information.
• Profile photos or uploaded images.
• Contact information.
• Job posts, service listings, saved profiles, and related app activity where applicable.
• Credit top-up request records where they are not required for accounting, security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

Data We May Retain

Some limited records may be retained when needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, or platform abuse prevention. If retained, this data will be kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Processing Time

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or fraud prevention reasons.
