1. Service Purpose

Good Job Cambodia helps job seekers, service providers, and employers discover each other through resumes, job posts, service listings, search, and credit-based contact access.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide truthful information, respect other users, avoid spam or fraud, and only upload photos, resumes, jobs, or service listings they have the right to share.

3. Employer Responsibilities

Employers must post lawful jobs, communicate honestly, avoid discrimination, and comply with labor laws, wage rules, safety rules, and work-permit requirements that apply to their location.

4. Credits

Credits may be used to unlock contact details, promote urgent hiring, or access paid platform features. Manual ABA or bank-transfer top-ups are not final until approved by an administrator.

5. No Employment Guarantee

The platform helps users connect, but it does not guarantee that a worker will be hired, that an employer will hire, or that a service transaction will be completed.

6. Safety

Users should verify identity, job details, pay, workplace location, and safety conditions before meeting or starting work. Suspicious activity should be reported to support.

7. Account Suspension

We may remove content or suspend accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or harmful to the community.

8. Changes

These terms may change as the product adds server accounts, real payments, messaging, verification, subscriptions, or employer tools.
